Important Payment Dates

Upon making reservation - Initial $250.00 per person deposit due 

The initial deposit payment must be made by a credit card, however Cloud 9 Adventures
Travel encourages the use of money orders and cashier's checks for future payments.

July 24, 2014 - 50% of remaining balance due

September 25, 2014 - Full remaining balance due

Cloud 9 Adventures will NOT automatically charge credit cards on the designated payment dates.

It is each passenger's responsibility to make the scheduled payments on time either online or over the phone.

Guests paying by money order or cashier's check must have the payment to the Cloud 9 Adventures office no later than the scheduled payment date.

Feel free to make a payment anytime, however each reservation must meet the payment deadlines listed above.


On the morning after a payment is due, a $35 late fee will be applied to the lead passenger in the delinquent reservation.  The delinquent passenger has 24 hours to settle the outstanding payment plus late fee, before Cloud 9 Adventures automatically charges the most recently used credit card on file. Any reservations still unpaid 48 hours after the payment date are subject to cancellation and the appropriate penalties. DON'T BE THAT GUY!
